I am formerly from Winnipeg Manitoba, but have been in Kelowna for since 1992. And while I still cheer for the Winnipeg Jets, I am proud to call Kelowna home. I have raised my three daughters here, and now have a granddaughter and all still call Kelowna home.

I have been a REALTOR® since 2007, and in that time, I have been a top producer at Royal LePage Kelowna, and have achieved awards as high as the “Director’s Platinum Award”, and have been one of the top 10 individual agents at Royal LePage Kelowna.

My goal is to provide you the best possible service… period. First and foremost, I am here to help ensure that your Real Estate Goals are met. I am not a magician, and I am not going to string you along, and give you unrealistic expectations about your home’s value, or about the homes you are looking at. I pride myself on giving honest, straight forward advice. I know it may not always be what you want to hear, but I believe that the truth will serve us best in the long run.

So often, I see buyers buying the wrong home, and sellers asking for unrealistic prices for their homes. I am not going to do that to “buy” your listing, or to close a sale. I treat your real estate as if it were my own, and protect your interests like they were mine.

My Experience…

I have a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm.) from the University of Manitoba (1983). Since then, I have been a manager in large corporations, worked in commission sales, owned my own businesses, managed volunteers, and have been a volunteer myself. My marketing skills have been honed over a number of years, and where I lack, (such as photographic skills), I have a team of professionals to back me up. I am also a homeowner, and have bought and sold homes myself, so I can relate to your experience first-hand. My goal is to make the process of buying and selling homes as easy, painless and smooth as possible for you.

Over the years, I have experimented with all forms of advertising, and it is obvious that a shift has occurred. People are doing most of their SERIOUS searching online. My marketing strategy is to use the internet to market your home extensively. I have homes listed on hundreds of websites simultaneously, and the goal is to get your home as much exposure as possible.
